What to include
- What you were doing and what you expected to see.
- What happened instead. If helpful, attach a screenshot with personal information removed.
- The course topic, lesson title or question if the issue involves learning content.
- Your device model, operating system version and Zoobr build number.
Do not send passwords, access keys or other secrets. You can choose to share the app’s diagnostic log to help us investigate a technical issue.
